Dan Feliciano, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, has worked in the field of process/performance improvement since the mid 1980s. Originally trained in the Deming philosophy and statistical process control, Dan has been deploying Six Sigma since the mid 1990s.
He has successfully led numerous strategic performance improvement initiatives ranging from the creation integrated dynamic portals based on existing legacy systems to service center redesigns, yielding millions of dollars in benefits. Dan especially enjoys working on performance improvement projects that include technology integration or advanced statistical analysis.
In his spare time, he provides pro bono performance improvement consulting services to non-profit organizations that provide services to children and needy families. He also works with many of the top Six Sigma book authors providing them expert feedback on their books' content.
He has worked for GE Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems, Hughes Ground Warfare Systems, Virginia Power, Medical College of Virginia, CIGNA, Travelers, and Aetna. Dan has a BA in Production/Operations Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
