Privacy

Your inquiry information stays tied to your inquiry.

A plain-language summary of what this site collects, why it is used and how to ask about information you submitted.

Site activity and booking

The site records page paths, contact-page views and booking-link clicks, along with referral domain and campaign source, medium and campaign tags. It does not send your inquiry text or contact details into these activity records. Campaign attribution may be kept temporarily in your browser tab. Activity reporting respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Booking is handled by TidyCal under its own privacy practices.

Inquiry records and access

Only the authorized owner can read inquiry details and record conversation qualification, next steps and payment evidence. A successful form submission saves the inquiry for review; it does not enroll you in marketing or schedule a meeting. Service providers process the data to operate the site and booking service. Records are retained while needed for your inquiry and related business administration; contact Dan to request access, correction or deletion.

Information collected

When you send an inquiry, the site may collect the information you provide, including name, email, organization, area of interest, timeline, and the problem you describe.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you, prepare for a conversation, and manage consulting, diagnostic, training, briefing, or related work. Inquiries are stored in a private owner-accessible inbox on the site hosting platform.

No sale of personal information

Personal information submitted through the inquiry process is not sold. Information may be handled by ordinary service providers used to operate the website and respond to requests.
